Bedroom #1:
South-facing bedroom containing a QUEEN iron bed. A quiet and sunny room that is spacious and filled with many antiques including several Irish pine pieces such as a tall linen press with drawers, a cricket table, a chest of drawers, a blanket chest and two small pine nightstands. The original marble fireplace is (working) a focal point in the room. The view south is of the house's picturesque courtyard (Cottage and Terrace) and neighboring garden.
Bedroom #2:
South-facing bedroom. A small bedroom with a TWIN wrought iron daybed.
Bedroom #3 + Sitting Area:
North-facing gracious third room is larger than most NYC studio apartments! The room contains a QUEEN iron & brass bed on one end and a sitting area on the other end. The sitting area includes a sofa as well as several antique pieces including an armoire (housing TV), a coffee table and two armchairs. An antique blanket chest sits at the foot of the bed and two antique end tables flank the bed. This room overlooks the tree-lined street and the beautiful townhouses that are across from the 1871 House. The room has high ceilings and a beautiful working marble fireplace. Many over sized French reproduction prints fill the sitting and bed area. Oriental rug.
Kitchen:
Full size windowed eat-in kitchen contains a full size refrigerator, gas range/oven, coffeemaker, toaster oven. Full supply of utensils, dishes, pots, drinking glasses and cups. Round glass table with 4 chairs are set by the window overlooking the picturesque street.
